La Gang d'Henriette uses Canada Post, UPS and Purolator to deliver online purchases. Shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensions and weight of the order as well as the destination. These costs will be calculated automatically at checkout. Canada Post, UPS and Purolator offer a basic service (2 to 10 days depending on the destination and type of shipment). For packages sent outside of Canada, no tracking number is automatically provided. La gang d'Henriette is not responsible for losses or damages during international transport. It is possible to request an express service at the time of ordering. Europe, Asia and Australia: Customs fees and taxes may apply at the time of delivery. These fees are not refundable by La gang d'Henriette. Orders can take up to 72 hours to be processed. Orders placed during the weekend or on a statutory holiday will be processed the following business day. A valid shipping address must be provided at the time of purchase. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Once the package is received, all responsibility is transferred to the person signing the package.
Exchanges and returns
Before returning an item, please contact me at info@lagangdhenriette.ca Any merchandise purchased via the website or at the workshop must be returned at the customer's expense to the following address: La Gang d'Henriette, 5709, ave Papineau, Suite # 203, Montréal (Québec) H2G 2W2 Canada. To obtain a refund or exchange, the item must be received at the workshop accompanied by proof of purchase and be in its original condition. Any damaged, worn or used item will not be refunded or exchanged even if returned within the prescribed time frame. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the possibility of exchanging it or getting a refund. However, you must contact us and validate the reason for your complaint within a maximum of ten (10) days from the receipt of your item. Beyond this period, no exchange or refund will be possible. All shipping, handling and transaction-related costs are the responsibility of the customer, if necessary they will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Interview
Tencel is a resilient fiber that, like cotton, relaxes and softens with washing and use. It will regain its shape after each wash to reshape itself to your face as soon as it is used. All products that are not naturally dyed can be machine washed, warm water and delicate cycle. They can also be dried in the dryer if it offers a delicate cycle. It is highly recommended to place them in a washing net for delicate textiles in both the washer and the dryer. Naturally dyed products should be hand washed only, in cold water and dried away from direct sunlight. They should also be stored away from direct sunlight to preserve the dye from UV rays.
Guarantee
La Gang d'Henriette products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a period of one (1) month following the date of purchase, upon presentation of the original invoice. Our warranty does not apply to products that are deemed to have been subject to abuse, alteration, attempted repair, neglect, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance or accident.
